Last Saturday the delightful Rachel McCormack of Catalan Cooking joined the London Cooking Club for an evening of Spanish cooking, cheeses and wines. Eleven other diners and readers of this blog, a mix of former and new members, were in for a treat as Rachel prepared us a sumptuous Catalan feast.

that'd be interesting to know. I'm Catalan too and miss Catalan food. And would be nice to take English friends to a Catalan restaurant to have a taste of our delicious cusine.
