Our next London Cooking Club evening will be on:
21st August – "Demystifying Japanese Cooking” with guest chef Reiko Hashimoto of Hashi Cooking
In anticipation of Reiko Hashimoto’s Japanese cookery book which will be published in Spring 2011, our next London Cooking Club event will be a Japanese Cooking evening with guest chef Reiko Hashimoto.
It will be held at my home in Islington, and we may have space for one more person. Each person will cook one of Reiko’s dishes and bring a bottle of wine to share - I will coordinate a menu with various options, and each person will choose and prepare one dish.
Reiko will be available on the evening to assist us with our dishes whenever required but please note – this is not a cookery demonstration or class – each person should be responsible for their own dishes.

25th September 2010 – “Portuguese Cuisine” – Recipes from cookery book “Piri Piri Starfish” by Tessa Kyros.
23rd October 2010 – “Thai” – Recipes from Thai cookery bible “Thai Food” byDavid Thompson. David’s much anticipated new cookbook “Thai Street Food” will be released in October 2010 and will also be used for this event.
20th November 2010 – “French Provincial Cooking” by Elizabeth David.
